1. RESEARCH
We find investment opportunities through careful study of micro and macro trends in housing. Few things that our assessment focuses on are:
- Strength of economic activity in area surrounding the asset
- Quality of construction and maintenance of the asset
- Demand and appreciation patterns in the area
- Exit strategy and liquidity
2. ACQUIRE & SECURITIZE
Once we have identified and proceeded to acquire the asset, we seek the necessary SEC approvals to offer shares in it.
3. OFFER
Upon getting approved by the SEC, we list the asset on our platform and allow investments. The offering talks about the assets return profile & strengths in detail to help you make an informed decision.
4. RENT & EARN
Finally, we upgrade and lease out the property to earn rental income. More than 90% of this income will be passed on to investors in proportion to their ownership.
